I'm glad you asked me to check this out, this is pretty damn good!
Mon, January 7th, 2019 7:25amSolid writing, thick descriptions and deep feelings. Great job. I certainly never tend to read a thing, unless it’s out of the limits of realities beliefs. But this was very good... really good!
Mon, January 7th, 2019 2:05pmThis is powerful. The first half reminded me of Johnny Got His Gun a movie that Metallica paid tribute to with their video One. I will continue reading this story.
Mon, January 7th, 2019 10:58pmits good!!

Wed, January 9th, 2019 7:05pmTop notch narrative
Fri, January 11th, 2019 7:11amYou suggested on my profile that I read this book and I am so glad you did. I'm only on the first chapter and am already hooked. Fantastic job with the imagery and I am so excited to continue reading!
Sun, January 13th, 2019 6:16pmSolid writing. Very descriptive and wanting more.
Tue, January 15th, 2019 1:51amI feel very bad for Edmun. From his struggle with PTSD, which at his time was known as "shell shock", to his father not recognizing him, fate seems to be set against our main character. I hope things change for the better and that he can live a decent life once again.
Sun, January 20th, 2019 6:16pmI ENJOYED THE FIRST CHAPTER IT WAS SO HEARTBREAKING,AND HAD SO MUCH AND DESCRIPTIVE SCENES. I COULD SEE AND FEEL THE SCENE. I WAS THERE ON THAT VERY CLIFF SEEING AND HEARING HIS WORDS. I LOVE IT VERY POWERFUL!
Thu, January 24th, 2019 6:09amI AM GONE TO READ A CHAPTER EACH DAY.
Thu, January 24th, 2019 6:10amThis was a very interesting chapter, the main character is developed thoroughly. A very emotional and inspirational novelette, I will read it in its entirety.
Sat, January 26th, 2019 12:00amThanks for inviting me to read your novelette. You have done an amazing job. Though I have read only 4 chapters so far, I will read the remaining chapters for sure. Because it's such a powerful story. You have your readers hooked up into the story. I am totally invested and I am loving it so far.
Sun, January 27th, 2019 2:50pmI tell you no lie, I wish I could write a story this well! I applaud you JL! I was on the verge of tears! So much raw emotions were poured into this! I very much wanted someone to hug Edmond as I was pulled into the painful paradox of his tortured and broken mind. Although his father didn’t recognize him, that bittersweet moment they shared at the end of the chapter is very toughing! I look forward to chapter two!
Mon, January 28th, 2019 5:24pmThis was a heart-wrenching description of the symptoms of war. i foresee dark times ahead for Edmund. You have a great style of prose: very descriptive and articulate. I will keep reading, for sure.
Sat, February 2nd, 2019 12:01amIts truly A must read, It even triggered my poetic senses i will surely recommend this to my friends and fellow poets and writers
Tue, February 12th, 2019 9:27pmGood descriptive writing. I'm not entirely sure whats going on, though. It felt like a dream sequence, but then switching to Edmond's POV made it seem real? But there seems to be a good theme and emotion happening.
Fri, February 15th, 2019 5:18amI enjoyed the first chapter. I felt the tension between the father and son, and I was just like John and doubted that Edmund was his son. But toward the end, I wondered if he truly was.
Fri, February 15th, 2019 2:32pmAfter your quickee, I decided to read-and you've got me hooked.
