Chapter 10: a show of intent

Banished by the Orc legion for views deemed to be extreme the self proclaimed new legion plotted to overthrow Orc leaders and escalate the war with the elves to new levels of violence and death in their minds the orcs had been the top super power in the galaxy or too long and it was time for the orcs to topple them. This was not a realistic goal and was holding back the galaxy from much needed and very obtainable change were your status and life opportunities were not pre defined by your speicies the humans abd elves alsio had extremists amongst them and they too had become isolated by the masses.They spend most of their time in training camps on otherwise uninhabited harsh planets only venturing away to carry out an attack but today they had simething else in mind they had elven and human hotsages as well as an orc they labelled as a traitor in front of a camera awaiting live executioninfront of billions.

They closed their eyes awaiting the end praying for a swift death o l it did not come there was a loud noise followed by a flash of light thge orc legion had traced then signal and had sent a squad to take out the extremists and rescue the hostages a few minuits later mission accomplished the hostages were free and the extremists were lying dead on the floor this act should have calmed the raising tensions arround the galaxy and it would have if the orc leader showed restraint instead a video of him and his team was uploaded were they boasted about how they took down a team that the elves had failed to even locate for years potentialy bringing the galaxy closer to the brink of a conflict that would have a body count in the billions it took crefull, words from orc and elf leaders to bring this under controll and to silence other extreme groups that were still at large and were intent on causing what others tried hard to prevent constantly chasing power and control for their kind the human extremists remembered when they were the top but since leaving Earthe that has not been the case they want to dominate again.

The orc extremists grow tired of being second to the Elves and want to take over the elven extremists fear the rise of the humans and orcs and want to push them down these strikes were only the first phase in tackling extremism the next phased would be even more damaging than bullets or raids the start of open co operation between elves humand and orcs that would over time push extreme veiws further to the fringe

not a day went past without either a raid on an extremist outpost or a meet between the major factions or both the war was coming to an end
