No moonlight's gleam through yonder pane
Just shadows deep where we do lie
Come on down, embrace the pain
Ragged claws reach out nearby
You hear me call from the second story
My voice a whisper, cold and thin
I feel your fear—its bitter quarry
Draw near and let the night begin
The dark conceals what eyes can’t see
A presence, hidden yet so near
It hungers deep, relentlessly
To taste the sweat of human fear
Come, descend, where shadows dance
Where light dares not to tread its path
In the void, take your last chance
To know what lies in darkness' wrath
There’s no escape from what you’ll find
No refuge from the creeping dread
For in the night, your soul I’ll bind
And feast upon your fear till dead
So come, surrender, let me in
Let terror’s claws embrace you tight
For in the darkness, it begins
Where hope fades out, and falls to night
