There Was A Time

This poem is about a time I was at my lowest and how my grandma helped me through it in the end.

There was a time my sun was here then came a great fear while the air was filled with despair, which was unfair the way my sun was torn from my arms like a chair.

Dark times filled the air which made it hard to bare and I felt like majority didn’t care along with self-tear then I was confined with nobody there.

To my surprise I was grateful to have survived after I had arrived, to learn how I could thrive within these trying times.

After that span of time, I had learned to be more concerned to not get burned, so I would earn the right to share the times I could have been there, which made me aware of my downtime that could decline.

Little did I know my savior was there to care about my despair and turned out she was fair with ease to familiarity

Her love brought peace like the angels brought charity and help me bring clarity to realize that there is sincerity in life’s rarity.

Even though it was temporary she brought me a sense of prosperity.
