Love is a time bomb

Scarlett is an 18 year old girl, who has lived the past 13 years without her mother and father who were killed by a malicious murderer (mind you Scarlett was forced to watch). 13 years later, living with a foster couple who have never had kids, don’t seem to be aging at all and absolutely truly hates Scarlett to the core of their evil bones. Scarlett knows that love is no good for her or the people she cares most for but when she meets Heath, a nineteen year old guy who seems to be able to live boldly with no stress or trouble. Can Scarlett find love in Heath and live happily ever after or will her story be as tragic as poor Juliet and her Romeo?

Is rated PG for a reason guys, it will have cursing and graphic scenes and perhapse some other stuff that I'm not really certain about at the moment.
