About

I'm 57 and have lived in Wirral, England all my life.  By trade I am a scientist and worked for a large water company for twelve years before having a mid-life crisis to become a secondary school science teacher.  I left the teaching profession after 20 years and currently make a living working as a Laboratory Technician for a biofuels company.

I have always written.  I have written a novel and a short story which I've published on Amazon Kindle and have others in the pipeline to be submitted to Booksie in due course.

If you like stories of life, love and nostalgia, check out my novel Year of the Snail.  All comments welcome.

I currently live in Birkenhead, Merseyside with my wife and three children. Besides writing, I enjoy reading and running in the little spare time that I have.
