To whom it may concern and those who were my fans. I am until Booksie cleans up its act and fixes their issues such as slow speed for certain web browsers, going down three times a day, and adding spyware, am limiting my time here. I do not have all day to read one story or to post one piece of poetry. Good luck in your writing endeavours. Thank you to those who really did come and read on my site. I appreciate it. Some of the others here on Booksie need to learn about common courtesy. Susan

I am at present 53 years young. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter. I love God and all the wonderful things he created. I have been writing poetry for a very long time. I love to read, love the out of doors and enjoy music of all different genres. I am attending college and work part time in a hospital.

A note to all my fans:

If you post something you want for me to read please leave me a comment. I love and want to support all of you in your writing. I work so don't think I have forgotten you. I will be by to visit, read, and cheer you on.

A very dear friend and fellow writer here on Booksie has two really wonderful books that I encourage you to read if you love ultimate fantasy especially stories about dragons, witches, and dark spirits.

Paul Chafer has the following books on his page that are completed. I have read them both and they are just the best:

Dark Dragon

and the second of the series:

Wizard's Wrath

I promise you will not be disappointed.

As you can see a friend of mine on this site has helped me add the jukebox. If you have never heard Nichole Nordeman's music I suggest you pick one of her songs and listen to it. She is a very gifted woman.

This is a poem I wrote many years ago I still live this life.......

A daydream is all my life has ever been,

but I have awakened every now and then,

only to fall asleep again.

I just want to thank all of you who took the time and voted, plus those who tried to vote but couldn't for your support in voting for me in Booksie Pagaent 2009. Thank you folks I love you all!

God bless and keep you.

The winners of “Susan’s the Same But Different Challenge” are as follows:

After reading everyone’s poems it was hard for me to determine a winner so all that entered have won this challenge. I found things in all of the poems that were just amazing and to say I loved this one more than that would be a lie.

Each of you has won so here is my prize. If I am not your fan let me know. I will do that because you all deserve it. Second I will read 5 poems, stories, or chapters you have up. Let me know which ones I have not read. You will each be placed on my profile because of your excellent writing skills.

I hope this is okay with everyone who was involved in my challenge. As you all know I always try to be fair and honest. So I just want to say congratulations to the winners.
