About

I last updated my Profile on Apr 15, 2018, and it is now hopelessly out of date. My novel AN AMAERICAN LOVE SONG IN SURVIVAL JAPANESE has now come out in paperback for USD $5.38 on Amazon US and JPY 734 on Amazon JP and an equivalent price on apparently all other Amazon stores. Sorry for the ridiculously high price for such a short novel but that's the cheapest Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) will allow me to charge. The eBook version, though, is still available from Amazon US for what I think is a fair price of about $1.oo, from Amazon JP for JPY 110 and the equivalent from all other Amazons. You can also read the entire first chapter here on Booksie.com or the sample given on Amazon -- which includes the Table of Contents but not as much text -- or preferably both. I hope they will interest you enough to buy either version of my KDP novel. If you check my Booksie Portfolio, you will find I have also posted four very short short stories for its 2019 Flash Fiction Contest, one of which “Seasons Regrets” was one of the ten finalists. Also, the current novel I am now working on, A PUTT PAST PURGATORY EAST has received so many 'reads' that I invite you to try reading it even though it is clearly marked “in progress.” I will greatly welcome any comments you have about it and hope to finish it by the end of this year. My autobiographical HOW I DAMN NEAR MISSED GETTING THE CAREER OF MY DREAMS has also received many reads though it, too, is a work in progress and I don't really don't know when I can finish it. At any rate, I will still appreciate any and all comments about any of my works you wish to give me.
